Did You Know? Trivia!
- The shows was to be called The Amazing Hannigans, after which it was changed to The Amazing O’Malleys. Finally, it was changed to Wizards of Waverley Place… something didn’t sound quite right for Disney at this moment, and so they decided to call it Disney Wizards! This wasn’t right either so the final title was decided after a total of 4 title changes!
- Selena Gomez (Alex Russo) was originally to be called Brooke O’Malley at the time when the title was “The Amazing O’Malleys”
The show runs on the Disney channel for about 21-22 minutes, although it makes up for the half hour with some commercials!
